Shipping Information

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
    Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50 via EMS
    Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect the uniqueness of our creative collections, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • LAST CALL items (these are final sale)
  • Disney X Lauren Moshi collaboration pieces (due to licensing restrictions)
  • Crystal Collection items (featuring delicate embellishments)
  • Any item without its original tags or showing signs of wear

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange
  2. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include the completed return form (see template below)
  5. Ship the package to our address (we’ll provide this in your return authorization email)
  6. Once received, we’ll process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective
  • Exchange shipping is free for US customers

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding Asia and some remote areas), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt until your return is processed. Refunds will be issued in US Dollars, which may result in slight variations due to exchange rates.
