6. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your LAUREN MOSHI pieces! Please review our return policy carefully:

Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your items
• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

• LAST CALL items (these are final sale)
• Disney X Lauren Moshi collaboration pieces (due to licensing restrictions)
• Crystal Collection items (featuring delicate embellishments)
• Any item without its original tags or showing signs of wear

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange
2. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Include the completed return form
5. Ship the package to our address (provided in your return authorization email)

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective
• Exchange shipping is free for US customers

International Returns
